There are eleven beautifully appointed apartments situated either on the ground or first floor. All apartments have lounge/diner and most have a separate kitchen with a full range of fitments including dishwasher, full-size cooker, microwave and a range of cooking utensils to satisfy all needs.
There is a mix of one - and two - bedroomed apartments, the latter having extra bath / shower facilities. The 1 bed apartments sleep 4 (a bed settee sleeps 2 in the lounge) and likewise with the 2 bed apartments that sleeps 6 (a bed settee sleeps 2 in the lounge). Many have views of Dartmouth or the sea.
All apartments have a reserved space in the main car park. Additional parking is also available.
All linens, towels and cleaning materials are provided for your convenience. Essential groceries can be provided upon arrival to ensure your stay at Kingswear Park is both relaxing and enjoyable.
Each apartment has a Digital Television, DVD player, Video recorder, radio, direct dial telephone with answerphone facility. Each apartment is fully serviced prior to the guests' arrival. Changeover day is Saturday; apartments are available from 4.00pm on the date of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure
