Find out more about what else we’re doing to protect our guests and staff from COVID-19.
We continue to request that visitors wear a face covering in our public areas. A suitable face covering is something which can be secured around your face such as a disposable mask, a scarf or t-shirt tied around your nose and mouth or a homemade cloth mask.
When you arrive, all members of the party – including children – should come to Reception to check-in. We continue to request everyone wears a suitable face covering in all indoor public areas. We reserve the right to ask to check member’s temperatures.
If your temperature is 38°C or above, this is an indication that you might be coming down with something and you will therefore not be permitted to enter the building. This DOES NOT mean you have COVID-19. We have a supply of Lateral Flow Tests should your temperature test too high.
When entering the building, we request you continue to adhere to two meter distancing. Kingswear Park remains a 2 meter distancing area for the time being. This is due to the fact that some owners and staff are unable to be vaccinated due to underlying medical conditions.
Check-out is now up till 9:30 am on Saturday.
On the Friday of your stay, a paper document will be provided to you detailing the departure procedure. Please ensure you read and follow this guidance as failure to do so may result in the need for additional cleaning, there will be a charge for this.
Around 12 pm on the Friday of your stay, a member of staff in P.P.E. will read the meters in all apartments. Sanitising procedures have been put in place between apartments to ensure everyone’s safety. An additional night will be calculated in the normal way and added to the invoice. Your copy will then be passed under your apartment door.
On Saturday, please follow the guidance as you have been issued, empty the apartment of your personal belongings, then come to reception to pay your bill. This should be done via card, preferably contactless payment.
The swimming pool building is now open. This includes all other facilities located within the building; the Sauna and Indoor Gym.
Unfortunately, due to an ongoing maintenance issue, the Spa is only open Tuesday to Friday. This has been raised at director level and solutions are being sought.
You will still be able to use the outdoor activities such as Tennis, Mini Golf, Croquet and Basketball.
Thanks to Brixham Gin, we have set up hand sanitising stations around the resorts indoor public areas. Staff have also been issued with personal sanitiser bottles.
In addition to ensuring all apartments receive a deep clean every week, we have introduced triple level electrostatic cleaning which is carried out on a monthly (stage 1), weekly (stage 2) and daily (stage 3) basis; giving all surfaces with an undetectable film which is effective to destroy corona-viruses on contact and for several weeks after application. It is completely non-toxic and child friendly.
All guests are requested to wear face coverings in the indoor public areas. Face coverings ensure that anyone cannot inadvertently pass on an infection to other guests before they are aware they could be ill. We ask that you provide your own face covering.
No. We have provided sanitising spray in the porch where the sports equipment is kept. Guests who use the equipment are required to sanitise it before and after use.
